Paraeducators are the front line of adult contact for many of the students who need the most. The recognition they get is almost never written down, never scoped to a specific skill, and never travels with them when they move schools. This is a small way to change that. It takes about 30 seconds.
What happens to the name you share
- We add it to the trust graph for the area you picked (one of seven areas of the work).
- We don't tell the person you mentioned them. We never reveal who named them.
- If several people independently put the same paraeducator on record, we send one quiet letter quoting the words you and others wrote — no ask, no pitch — and the option of a portable peer-nominated credential. They can decline with one click.
